These terms describe the practical limits of quote reviews, sampling and supplier matching.
Quote review
Initial responses are feasibility and sourcing reviews, not final production contracts. Final pricing depends on confirmed dimensions, material, artwork, quantity, finish, packing and shipping details.
Samples and production
Sampling and mass production should begin only after written confirmation of specifications, timeline, payment terms and quality expectations.
Buyer responsibility
Buyers are responsible for confirming local labeling, import, compliance and product-specific packaging rules in their target market.
